Business Frontiers is a premium series of white-papers on various topics in business and management including but not limited to marketing management, technology management, e-business, finance, economics, human resources, organizational behavior and general management. Articles could be a research paper, viewpoint, conceptual paper, case study, literature review or a general review of critical business issues.
The editorial aim is to publish original articles of interest to practitioners in business management and senior executives. Articles cover a wide range of topical areas within the general field of business management, with emphasis on identifying critical business issues or problems and recommending approaches which could provide a solution for these problems in a systematic manner by using a theoretical framework. These articles must prompt readers to think about different business practices in innovative ways such that new ideas to generate value can be conceptualized. Business Frontiers fills a unique niche among white paper publications of its type by publishing articles that strike a balance between the practical and the academic. While the articles published in the Business Frontiers are expected to be grounded in multidisciplinary theories from management, yet are presented in a readable, non-technical format such that the content is accessible to a wide audience of practitioners.

Submission of a manuscript to Business Frontiers implies a commitment by the author(s) to engage in the review process and to have the article published should it be accepted. Articles previously published, those under consideration by other journal / publishing houses, and those under a pre-existing copyright notice must not be submitted. Upon submission, authors also agree not to submit the manuscript for consideration elsewhere during the review period. Editorial decisions on all submissions are final.
