Social media is a great way to market your business for free. You can create a page for your business and invite people to like it. You can post all of the necessary information about your business. Create a Page on a Review Site

When people are looking for goods and services, they will often go online first. If you set up a page online, you can include a description of your business, the address and phone number, and the hours of operation. You can ask your customers to leave a comment on the site regarding the service that they received. A good reference from previous customers can go a long way. A great site to put your business on is Google+. Not only will it give your customers a place to post a review, it will also automatically get your business placed on Google Maps. Yelp is another good site. If you are running a service business, you should consider Angie’s List.

Promotional Items

There are several promotional items that you can have made to pass out to the public to get your company’s name out there. If you are planning to advertise at a convention, you should consider poster printing in Manchester or elsewhere. It is a professional way to display the name of your company and its services. You can also have promotional items made, such as pens, mugs, t-shirts, and key chains.

Newspaper Advertising

It is relatively inexpensive to put an advertisement for your business in the local newspaper. You can be sure that it will get a great deal of visibility. This is especially true if you live in a big city with a large circulation. If your community sends residents a free community magazine in the mail, you should put an ad in there as well.

Create a Promotional Video

If your budget doesn’t allow you to advertise on television, you should consider making a promotional video. You can either film the video on your own or you can hire a film student to do it for you. It will be much less expensive than hiring a professional production company. When the video is done, you can upload it on YouTube. To be sure that people see it, you can post a link on your social media pages, your review sites, and you can even put the link on your promotional products.

Radio Advertising

If you have the extra money in your advertising budget, you should consider advertising on the radio. If you live in a small state, you won’t get as much exposure, however, it will be inexpensive. If you live in a big city, you can end up paying a great deal more money, however, you will get a great deal more exposure.
